We like to keep your private information private, like an old bone buried in the backyard.
You must be at least 18 years of age or older to use the Zoomiedogs Site and Service. If you are under tthe age of 18, or happen to be a shifty cat causing trouble, please discontinue your use of Zoomiedogs.

RELEASE OF INFORMATION FOR LEGAL REASONS
Our tails are wagging with excitement when you’re our client, but we don’t know you, and we don’t have any special obligation to protect you if you harm someone else. If the cops or some lawyer or plaintiff come up to us and tell us they want your info, we may very well give it to them without demanding a subpoena if we think they’d be able to subpoena your information from us if we resisted. If we receive a subpoena affecting your privacy, we may notify you to give you an opportunity to file a motion to quash the subpoena, or we may attempt to quash it ourselves, but we are not obligated to do either. If you did something bad, we’ll probably just comply with the subpoena.

TERMS OF SERVICE:
DOG TRAINING POLICIES
You must read and agree to our class policies before registering for a class.
Before enrolling in a Zoomiedog class, please review your schedule, the course you are signing up for, and your dog’s suitability for the training class you have chosen. We do not refund class tuition once class has started. For these reasons, please thoughtfully choose your dog training class. You are more than welcome to come and audit a class before you sign up. In fact, we encourage you to do so.
Your dog must be in your home for at least 7 days prior to the start of dog training. If the trainer observes a dog or dog handler endangering the safety of humans or other dogs in the training environment, Zoomiedogs has the right to request removal of or deny the dog entry into class. A partial or full refund will be processed and a referral provided for a private behavior consultation.
If you think your dog is not feeling well, you must contact your dog’s veterinary professional before coming to class and discuss any concerns and his/her symptoms. You agree to follow your veterinarian’s advice. Do not bring your dog to class if you think he/she is sick or could put any of the other dogs in class in danger. In the event of illness, we do encourage you to come to class without your dog and observe the lessons.
